Family time

Childcare at Hotel Maria from Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 8:30 PM. Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Only possible with prior reservation and depending on availability.
- Baby care: 18€ per hour.
- Childcare (no individual care): Participation in the children’s program 7€ per hour.

Please note that pets are not allowed in our accommodation. A fee of € 30 per day, excluding food, applies for unregistered pets.

Reservation & Deposit

We ask for a deposit of 30% so that we can make a binding reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer to our bank account.

Cancellations
In case of cancellation, we are forced to charge the following:
up to 21 days before arrival 30% or the deposit will be forfeited;
up to 14 days before arrival 40%;
from 14 days before arrival 70% of the total price.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge at least 3 nights.

We accept cash (up to the legal limit of €4,999), VISA, Mastercard, EC card, debit card to pay your bill for your stay. When paying by bank transfer, the amount must be credited to our bank account before departure.

A relaxed start to the day. A cosy breakfast at your holiday home. Freshly prepared and waiting for you in the morning – with your personal selection of tasty treats. Top up: we store your orders, such as breakfast, bread rolls, groceries, fruit, snacks, South Tyrolean snacks or homemade cakes in the “Mobile shop”. Enjoy culinary freedom. Cook for yourself or have someone cook for you. Menu or à la carte at the Hotel Maria, authentic South Tyrolean or Italian pizza at the restaurant, fine dining in the area or a tailor-made menu prepared by a private chef.
